We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Reno, NV so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
We understand that sometimes appointments may need to be rescheduled. We require that you give our office Two (2) Business Days Notice if you will be unable to keep your scheduled appointment. At that time we will help to find a better time/date to accomidate you and then reschedule your appointment.
If you are unable to give us a Two (2) Business Days Notice you will
be charged a fee of $45.00. We reserve specific amounts of
time on our schedule for our patients, ensuring them that they will
get the proper treatment and care during that time. Our
patients are very valuable to us, as is our time with them. We
ask that you please be considerate to this.
Insurance and Billing
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you and will do our utmost to help you derive the maximum benefits of your insurance plan. You can feel comforted to know that the quality of care will not change based on insurance coverage.
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan through Care Credit. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
